"Clean, modern, and highly educational gym which prioritizes getting fit and learning the sport of boxing/kickboxing. I stopped in for a class with previous martial arts experience and I can confidently say that this the most exciting and fun class I have been too. Both instructors, Chris & Georgije, had in-depth knowledge and were highly helpful in aiding beginners and experienced members alike. Overall, St. Petersburg is lucky to have a gym like 1MR and I will definitely be stepping on the mats for one more round!"

"This place is awesome. I was looking to work out again after a big break and I had done martial arts years ago and wanted a fun workout that makes me want to keep coming back. This place is awesome! The classes are great and and really fun, you get proper instruction on how to do all the moves accurately and correctly, but they keep you moving and you get worked out! The 45 min long classes are great as every second is used efficiently, there is great music playing, and you get an intense workout. This place rocks, highly recommend. The owners and instructors are really nice and there are all sorts of different kinds of people here to workout and get better!"
