"This is by far my favorite F45! I love that the workouts are played on screens during the workout in case you forget an exercise. The coaches are also all so knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they really care and they are quick to help correct your form and prevent injury. They make sure that you understand what they are correcting and why. The other members are also great, everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Whether you have been working out for years or stepping into the gym for the first time you can feel comfortable and confident that you are in good hands."

"I’ve been at F45 Oldsmar for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I’ve done every time of training from CrossFit to various bootcamps and F45 and the style of training is my favorite. The Oldsmar location is incredible. Everyone feels like family. The owner Ronnie actually cares about each of his members and goes above and beyond to them reach their goals. "I started here just before their grand opening (there was the pre-week of classes). I have to say, as nervous as I was about being unfit and unknowledgeable about fitness, these people have changed my whole (fit) world. I go up to 7 days a week, I absolutely adore the owner, the manager, and the instructors... not to mention the other members. Everyone is so welcoming and inviting, free with their high-fives and friendly banter. The exercises are different every day, and you are always able to modify your set if it's too easy or too hard for you. They do great with modifications when you have an injury, and they are very helpful when it comes to other areas of your life (like nutrition). The cost is amazingly good (cheaper than 4 visits with my personal trainer, even!), the challenges come with the cost of the membership, and it even has a shower (most do not). They have a free week to try it out, I highly recommend you do that!"
