"Horrible customer service. They are cold hearted and they have no compassion or common human decency. We booked a 2 night stay less than 24 hours ago and had an unexpected personal emergency that resulted in us needing to cancel. There were no spa reservations, just the hotel room. I called them with tears running down my face and clearly distraught trying to put together my words, yet all I received as a response was "because you are within the 3 day period you will forfeit the $179 or we can push the reservations out a year". Unfortunately we are now in need of the money back more so rescheduling is not an option. They said there is "nothing else they can do because that's policy". They have no compassion for others and only care about their selfish greed! I'm disgusted with how they handled this issue and have been made to feel even worse about our current situation. Less than 24 hours with only a hotel reservation and they can't do anything for a unique circumstance? I find that extremely hard to believe and it makes me utterly sick to my stomach how they can do this to someone. I'm devastated. This would have been our first stay here, but now we will never step foot on that property and will encourage others to do the same with how we have been treated. They should be disgusted and ashamed of themselves. I hope someone with a heart sees this and can help us. We just were in need of help and received nothing but scripted responses."
