"I’ve done CrossFit, Bootcamp.. you name it, but nothing compares F45. If the robust variety of exercises doesn’t motivate you, the homely atmosphere, draws you in! The coaches and athletes are amazing! Everyone works so well together. Brett definitely makes the noon class, so so much fun! I enjoy my workout partner as well!
