"I first started at Curves (in Oregon) in the late 1990s. I am so thankful that Curves Seminole has remained open and thriving while so many franchises have closed. When I moved here I was thrilled to discover the only Curves in the area was just a couple miles away. I used to try to recreate the Curves experience at other gyms and found it impossible to do. The 30-minute workout, not having to stop and adjust equipment positions and weights as one does at most gyms, the expert and continuing coaching ALWAYS provided, and the genuine camaraderie among the women no matter what time one shows up combine to make this Curves a wonderful place to work out. I go 6 times a week, and I always feel better when I'm through than when I started.
