""Update" 6-29-24 Brandon took care of all the expenses due to the troubles we had and took full responsibility. He was empathetic due to the situation and said that it should have never happened and expressed that everything that should have been done is normally done but was overlooked that night. I would definitely recommend renting from here based on their prices are the best, they have a drop off so you don't have to return the vehicle before closing time and definitely by their five-star customer service. 6-28-24 The staff member was very friendly but our golf car ride was cut halfway through our 4 hours due to finding out the hard way that the gas gauge did not work... still waiting on a reply and resolution by the owner or managers to the situation after I've made several phone calls that rang out to a full voicemail, sent two emails and two messages using the website to see how this is... got stranded right before it started to storm. The golf car was not filled up before we left but it showed around a half tank so I didn't think anything of it, we did not even drive for three miles. It took me about 40min after sitting on the golf car in the rain to realize that it was out of gas, the only reason I figured this out is because I attempted to see if the problem was minor or major and saw the empty tank under the seat. There should be some sort of emergency number for things like this because the next person may not be so mechanically inclined to do any of what I did to figure out the problem was gas. Thus, we had to push the golf cart to a parking space, pay for parking while taking a lyft back to the valet where we left our car, pay for a couple gallons of gas in order to drive back to the golf cart to put some gas in so we can return it to it's drop off location. I will update once we hear from the company."

"Sheridon took exceptional care of us during our stay! While a lot of places in the area treat you like stupid tourists she genuinely seemed to want our time to be memorable and special. We were there kid free for our anniversary. She was kind and bubbly and told us all the spots to hit on our 4 hour golf cart rental. She had the energy and patience of someone who just started and/or loved their job but was vetted and knowledgeable. Def going back next time we're in town!!!"

"BEST way to experience Clearwater Beach!! Zipping around in this little "coupe scoot" was so MUCH FUN!! Located inside the hotel gift shop, this place is a MUST DO while visiting Clearwater Beach!!! OPEN LATE after all the others have closed! NO HASSLE, FREE VALET parking! BEST PRICES!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! My fiance and I had the BEST time cruising around sight seeing. Very memorable highlight of our vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! BEST 40 Bucks ever spent! Employee "Jozz "was Wonderful & went above and beyond to make our experience extra special and hassle free."
