The receptionist was patient, kind, set my future appointments, and made sure I had all my paperwork before leaving the office. My experience this morning at Dr. Best’s office was a very good one!"

"Always greeted warmly, the staff is respectful but has a good sense of humor. They all try to make tests & appointments easy for the patient - Dr Best is very thorough & has a great bedside manner! This is a Dr appointment I enjoy, not dread!"

"I was accepted as a new patient, filled out the paperwork ahead of time and had an appointment scheduled (the wait was several weeks). On the day of the appointment (3/21/24), three and a half hours before, I received a phone call informing me that I would not be accepted as a new patient and my appointment was cancelled. I have never been in contact with the doctor but have to say that the front office managed this extremely poorly. The person cancelling on me even asked me for the name who scheduled my appointment. Well, all I could say was that I could not remember the name of the individual picking up the phone. All I remember is that this person asked the doctor if I could be accepted as a new patient and she called me back within 4-5 hours to schedule the appointment. My frustration is big and I would give zero stars, if this were an option."

"No professionalism or compassion regarding new client appointments. I called number on web site and made an appointment. A few days before my appointment I was called and told that girl should never have made the appointment - she was not from their office. I made another appointment. I received a reminder text. The day before the appointment I was called and told to come early - 7:50 - because I was new, and the doctor would want more time for a first appointment. Later I am called again and told that girl should not have made the appointment because the doctor does not have my record yet. This has delayed me seeing the doctor of course. I tell the girl I will send them electronically and does that mean I can still come in. She says she is not sure and will get back to me, she does not. At 3 PM I call the office and they closed early. Now I have a choice of maybe standing up the doctor or my going and not having an appointment. So I go. No appointment and no sympathy for me. I did not expect the doctor to see me then since she did not have my records - but some apology to me for the mishap would have he been nice. I called a week later to make sure the doctor has gotten my records and I was told she did. I checked back a week later - mentioned being in pain from a rib problem - nothing - no return of my call or anything. I wait 10 more says and check back - nothing - again - so I am writing this review. Aside from the how I was treated this delayed me seeking help from another doctor. I have good insurance, good credit and my doctors seem to like me, so my guess is it's the Medicare."
