"I did not like the "conveyor belt" feel or the rudeness of my office visit so I went to another surgeon. Dr warner was recommended by my gut Doctor, so I made an appointment. He had a fairly long and detailed talk about gallbladders. I got confused and asked a question. He ignored me and kept talking (rude 1). A bit later I got confused again and asked another question, he ignored it and just kept talking (rude 2). I understood he did not like being interrupted during his talk. I think because it takes more time for him to do his talk. Regretfully by the end I did not remember what I had not understood. I also felt like he had sooo much business that he did not care. I figured another arrogant surgeon, so I went elsewhere. I chose an NCH General Surgeon, Dr J Ryan Obi. I am glad to say his office visit and his surgery were great."
