"I came here to have a medical test for an immigration process, I had to wait two months to finish the procedure, I had to call and follow with the staff in order to get my paperwork done, otherwise I could have waited more. When I got the documents, they took some licenses by not filling some information that is mandatory according to USCIS, so when I called that out they told me they knew it won't be a problem based on their opinion, because allegedly they haven't received any complaints about it. I told them that doesn't give me any guarantees so they say I had to wait one hour to fix that if I want the documents filled properly, five minutes later they were done and they told me everything was fixed, because is a close envelope I couldn't check and also they didn't provide me with an updated copy. I hope the documents are ok now because my future depends on it, but I don't trust them and absolutely do not recommend them. It is shameful how some people simply want to do whatever they want without fallowing instructions, and what is most frustrating is the lack of responsibility and accountability."

"They call and ask you to call back. I have tried almost 10 times and can't get someone on the phone. This is ridiculous. I finally got a hold of someone after being on hold for 12 mins and with what they told me, it could of been left in a voicemail rather than making me waste my time."
