"Absolutely horrible physician. Just checked my "my chart" after an admission for seizures and I left AMA because I was being denied my medications prescribed to be taken at 6 AM daily, currently being 11 AM I still had no medications administered. This idiot wrote my primary care physician a note saying I was a high risk for drug abuse and was positive for a number of things that there is no possible way I was positive for. You can't take buprenorphine when you're on methadone it would of made me deathly ill. He advised my PCP to no longer see me as a patient. I will be talking to an attorney and following up with a law suit due to multiple. violations of HIPPA and my civil rights. The toxicology report results were proven to be 100% false by a urine, saliva, blood, and hair toxicology report immediately after leaving the hospital hours after they received their toxicology reports. He is a liar and completely incapable of administering medications I've been on for 10+ years. Im disgusted."
