Wait on hold while a recording tells you how great and virtuous they are......10 min later get bounced to another recording of the same......wait another 20 min to be told by a recording that you need to leave a message. They will get back to you in a day or two. Think twice before considering this bunch!!"

"The ladies there at the lab are very unprofessional. They didn’t have any bedside manners, the bathroom was horrendous, and they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. No one asked if I had fasted, my orders were not looked at, I had to ask for a pee cup (per my order) and the receptionist didn’t give me wipes to get a clean test. When I asked where to take my urine, she made me walk it to the testing room (with no guidance so I felt very lost). When I put it on the counter, another girl that was in there had attitude and said “okay bye!”. An overall terrible experience."

"Very disappointed! Terrible customer service! My second visit was to get bloodwork and set up a third visit to get results. I paid my co-pay for each visit, incoming back for my follow up visit they did not have my results, no documentation, seems like they lost or did not input my results. I was told if they see anything alarming they will get in touch with me. Really!!! Called to let them know my experience and wanted someone to call me back, NO CALL BACK! Was sent a link and told I can get my results in their customer portal. No record of my blood test whatsoever. Used the same portal to send a message explaining the situation and asking for my results and no response whatsoever! Looking for another doctors office ASAP! Will be issuing a formal complaint!"
