"My wife was in the hospital twice this past week so she goes to see the doctor and at the front desk they turn her away because her doctors name is not on her insurance card just would’ve been the second visit how come they didn’t tell her at the first visit Also, they said it would be OK then wasn’t OK. You’re very rude and crude about it. My wife was in excruciating pain she was crying. She offered to call UnitedHealthcare and fix the problem right then and then they said no no no we don’t work that way. I would love to speak to somebody in charge about this."

"My family has been going to Bradenton Internal Medicine for 25 years. When Dr Joe Ganey retired, I was introduced to Anna Griggs who was taking over my case, and got to know her. I have been seeing her for the last 6 years and trusted her implicitly. I showed up today for appointment and was told she was no longer there. I wasn’t called or sent a letter notifying me my primary care physician was no longer there. Never introduced to anyone taking over my care. I have never felt more abandoned by AMA than I felt today. I thought they had my best interest at heart and how important a patient I am of their’s. REALLY?? You have a VERY unprofessional.way of showing it. I trusted you people and you didn’t even give me the courtesy of letting me know my primary care physician is gone!!"

My husband actually found her first and recommended her to me; we have both been patients of Dr. Lundberg's since July 2022. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and personable. Something I really enjoy about Dr. Lundberg is her proactive approach to personal health. She offers great advice and truly seems to care about the overall wellbeing of her patients. It helps that she is very healthy herself. We hope to call Dr. Nina Lundberg our primary care physician for many decades to come!"

"Dr and nurses are great. The new company and admin staff not so much. In my opinion the new company makes working with them cumbersome and is more interested in adding more office appointments and collecting more money than their patients welfare. The receptionist lacks basic social skills, is argumentative, and curt. Very much takes away from the overall experience. They brought in a new Dr who I was looking forward to working with but this new leadership will have me looking elsewhere."
