"My 86yr mother has been going to him for many years. We were less than 10 minutes late. We were on Northcliff, turning on to Keysville. The condescending front desk lady said, no. She would have to reschedule even though we were pulling into the parking lot. So a big fat, 2 thumbs down Or in this case, one big toe down."

"Would not recommend to anyone I know, very cold and rude, I was told to get rid of my heavy work boots and when I stated I need to wear work boots at work I just got a smirk. Then told to get custom inserts which I agreed was a great idea only to find out that the gentleman that does the molds is almost impossible to get with, that is for a working person like me anyways. Last appointment didn’t get any better, I was hoping for continued shots in my foot because I told the doctor my pain was getting better by 50% with the treatments and she abruptly said ok your done here and I could call if pain returned. At this point I had decided it was my time to leave and definitely not return. Hope I have better luck with the next foot specialist I go to. Think twice before going here life is too short to have to deal with this type of service and attitude. I chalk this one up to a big NO"
