He was thorough in explaining the diagnosis, what to expect with the procedure, and follow up. The staff was amazing and helpful with questions and insurance info. "Very thorough examination. He took the time to explain the issue with me and recommend a near term course of action. This was everything for which I hoped and expected. Edit: There was a misunderstanding about billing amount after the appointment. Dr. Harte cleared up the misunderstanding and removed an additional charge erroneously billed me. While there was a misunderstanding, the office did the right thing and cancelled it. I changed the rating to reflect my satisfaction."

"My experience was the same as usual, excellent. Despite a full waiting room I was called back within 5 to 10 minutes. Dr. Harte was very busy, but that did not change his professionalism with his patients. I had to have a series of x-rays was back in to work with me again, And he spent a good amount of time taping my foot and also giving me instructions, but what really shocked me was that he could remember an x-ray that I had nearly a year ago without having it in front of him."
