It is impossible to get a hold of anyone and I talk to two of the girls in the office and they did not do what they said they were going to do my opinion do not go to this office I am changing doctors ASAP!!!!"

"I waited at the office from 1:10 and left at 2:50 even after letting the office staff know I needed to leave no later than 2:15. My appointment was at 1:30. There were two gentlemen together waiting before me. Someone came in at 1:30 and they let that person in before me. I was called in at 2:10 by the nurse. Waited for the doctor to come in and he showed up at 2:35. Then waited for the nurse to come in again to schedule an appointment for a mammogram. Eventually I had to come out of the room and tell them I'll call them to schedule because I had another appointment somewhere else. It was 2:50!! Nurse Maria scheduled the appointment and called me later to give me the date. I told her that date didn't work for me and to cancel it and to let me schedule it at my convenience. She never canceled the appointment and I had to deal with the mammogram place myself canceling it. The practice is old and no modern technology. Doctor was great with a thorough physical exam."

"I am having serious lung problems. Insurance says I need a referral to see a Pulmonologist. I explained this to the receptionist. The Dr told me I would have to do a second visit to get a referral. I FELT SCAMMED. All he cared about was getting me in for a second visit to make money off of me. Also the office was very dirty and had not been remodeled in 40 years. The Dr was also 60 minutes late and I was the only patient. Very bad experience!!!"
