"I arrived for my appt today and after waiting a while I was told I didn't have an appt. I left and went next door to MD office and they added me back to the schedule but couldn't say why it was removed. I went back over and the phlebotomist, Robin, took an attitude again when she saw me sitting there and asked me what was I doing here. I told her labwork and she said, I told you, and I told her that next door has out me back on the schedule. She came back 15 minutes later and told me I would still have to wait like a walk in because she didn't have time to pull the lab orders. I walked back next due and got a copy of my lab orders that I will take to a different facility as I don't have time for pettiness."

"Do NOT come here. People that work here with the exception of the receptionist, have a big attitude. Very rude. Today they blew out my vein. My entire arm is numb and tingly and bruised. The supervisor never called me back. The individuals there gave me more of an attitude and kept saying we have no idea what is going on… which made me freak out even more. I had to rush to my doctor to make sure everything was okay. Those ladies in the back should be FIRED immediately. I should sue them! I recorded some of the conversations. At first they messed up my blood work, they sent the wrong tube in, I then had to go BACK to get my blood work done. I gave them another chance and now this?!?!? You both should not be working in the health care industry if one you can’t draw blood correctly and two if you’re a rude person! You don’t belong in health care! People need kindness. These pictures are two hours after. It was even more swollen before… she inserted the needle too deeply. I’m in complete and utter shock. This facility should be closed down."

"I have been coming here for some time to get blood work done. First, the vampires (phlebotomists) here are excellent. I am afraid of needles and they always get me through. Front desk is great, and this is a very clean and well ordered lab."
