"Dr Gadeas front desk staff and office manager are unprofessional and breaking the law. They make medical decisions that they are not qualified to make when the doctor is not present. If you have had an administrative person make a medical decision please call the medical board and American Medical Association. No office person or front desk staff member should be making medical decisions from bloodwork to medications or anything that requires schooling and degrees in medicine. Any doctor that allows their front desk staff to make such decisions should be reported."

They like to make medical decisions as if they have a degree, always get information wrong, never follow up."
