"My sick girlfriend called to make an appointment not knowing that had dropped her as a client, Amanda the office manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, they lack any communication skills and public relations, an absolute disgrace to call anyone that practices here a doctor or a nurse. Amanda the office manager needs proper training with managing and talking to clients."

"Made an appointment with Dr. Angela Kim, specifically because I wanted a female Practitioner. Arranged my work to be there early as requested, only to learn that my appointment had been moved to a male doctor without my consent. I was told that, of course, I was welcome to waste more of my time rescheduling for a different day. No thanks, I’ll go elsewhere in the future if they can’t respect their patients."

"Disgusting establishment! I wish I would have checked the reviews first. They have 2.4 stars and a huge majority are 1 star!! It’s for a reason! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They essentially robbed me! I went in as a first time patient to get a physical and did not get one, no check up, NOTHING. Dr Holden did not inquire or investigate anything, he wrote me referrals to specialists I have already been seeing. Talk about GREED! The worst part of it all is that he completely dismissed and downplayed my symptoms, as he kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Oh really?!? Talk about negligence. I complained about this to Amanda, the office manager who replied one week later. She completely dismissed me in the email. I brought it to her attention that this isn’t any way to treat Baycare patients, so she called me. She was not interested at all about my experience, she was not apologetic, she defended doctor, kept speaking over me, and told me to find a new pcp. They don’t care, nor take their patients seriously. They’re not at all interested in improving their customer experience, either. Their abundant 1 star reviews are testament to that."
