"I don't usually do reviews but I just had to on Dr Garrick Clouden he is an excellent doctor he's very detailed, he takes time and actually listens to your concerns and takes the time to answers them not like other doctors I've had in the past that tries to rush you out of their Office and then you lose your train of thought on what you we're actually needing done. Dr Clouden made sure he gave me all the Referrals I needed went over questions regarding my medications and what was going on with me that day. I have spoken to others about Dr Clouden that if you want a great doctor that listen and cares about your well being he's the one that you want as your PCP DR. Keep up the wonderful job that you do Dr Garrick Clouden and thank you for everything."
"Dr. Clouden is a excellent Dr. He gives you all the time in the world.. he answers all of your questions, and he explains everything so you get a good understanding of what he is doing and why..he is giving you a particular treatment! I find his patient care wonderful. I found his staff excellent and courteous I personally have not had a problem with any of them period. As for the phones the people who are answering them do seem a bit uninformed but I still found them courteous. All an all Dr clouton is an excellent doctor he is kind and caring and a really really good listener he actually pays attention and he actually does care. Some of his phone staff need to be trained better before they answer the phones other than that I wouldn't let a few inept people stop me from seeing a really great doctor. Honestly we are not going to see them! I give Dr. Clouden 5 stars he's a great Dr. And I highly recommend him.. thank you A. Thomas"
"This office is impossible to reach someone. When I was finally able to get in touch with somebody, they were rude, spoke over me, and absolutely would not give me information. I would hire new call agents because this 2 day process has been absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service and still have gotten no information"
