Reviews
"I love this place, people are just great, friendly, and very nice.always glad to see everyone."
"I’m writing this review because my grandmother has been going here for many years. She loves Dr. Dalal, she says he’s very patient, kind, thorough, and friendly to talk to. The location is very close to her house so it’s convenient for her as she’s in her 80s and doesn’t like to drive very far if she doesn’t have to. Unfortunately the women who work at the front desk are not nearly as nice and professional as her doctor. Countless calls have been made by my grandmother and myself during their regular business hours, and they simply don’t answer the phone. I have not been able to reach them on the phone ONE TIME. The last time my grandmother went to her appointment they ended up rescheduling because her doctor often works at the hospital so he wasn’t even there. She did not receive the voice message they left (she is not tech savvy) so I understand things happen and they couldn’t connect that way. What I don’t understand is the way she was spoken to and treated by the women at the front desk when she went. Offering no solution, they said “Well you’re not supposed to be here” and treated her like she was a burden. This is not the way senior citizens deserve to be treated, especially by a medical facility. While she was there they refused to schedule her an appointment. This is appalling and abusive, I don’t care how old you are. The fact that they don’t even pick up the phone makes it impossible to schedule something unless she goes in person! She is scheduled again only because the doctor requested it. I will be finding her a new doctor as this is unprofessional and inappropriate. Just because someone is older that gives you no right to treat them poorly. The women at the front desk need training in that department."
"It was my first visit to Dr. Dalal ‘s office so I was very nervous. I didn’t know what to expect because at some doctor’s offices, seasoned patients (seniors) are not a favorite patient - but not at this office. Monica at the front desk, Jocelyn, NA and Enisa, MA, were all so kind and caring as they smiled with their eyes beneath their masks. Then Dr Dalal came in and immediately put me at ease - he took time with me, asking about my family and me, showed compassion, empathy and listened to what I had to say. He didn’t rush me, let me ask questions and gave answers in layman’s terms that I could understand. Then we discussed next steps. Thank you Dr Dalal and team for caring. I look forward to a long and lasting doctor/ team/patient relationship"
"patient had open heart surgery a year ago-Dalal would not recommend Cardio-Rehab -he kept saying does not need it--To this day patient has fallen down 4 times- walks with walker & cane- Patient HAD to go with a list so Dalal would TRY and see what's happened a year later=day of patient surgery-office calls with a appt. in Wesley Chapel- there is no communciation amongst employees-"
"Doesn't do anything in a timely manner. I've waited anywhere from one to two weeks to obtain refills on my prescriptions, referrals to specialists, and for someone in his office to return my calls. His office scheduled an appointment for bloodworm for me without consulting me to see if not only if the date and time were OK but if it was a participating provider under my insurance plan. I get the impression that he only takes on new patients for payments for office visits. He sees me for five minutes and doesn't address or examine me for any of my symptoms or concerns. If there is a problem that is obvious he will tell me that one of the other physicians of mine is responsible for addressing the symptoms. All this said, he is one of the worst physicians I have had the misfortune of putting my trust in for my healthcare."
