"If you are looking for compassion, consideration and respect, go to Dr. Stephens' office! And then turn right back around and walk in the opposite direction because you will find none of those things at her practice. She was my dr many years ago and back then she was rude, condescending and unkind. I remember her yelling at me saying that my repeated sinus infections were due to my wisdom teeth! What? She is now my parents' dr and I see, even after all of these years, her attitude has not improved. I had high hopes that she was just young back then and she would learn. Apparently her brain is at capacity for any kind of empathy or bedside manner. Also, don't bother calling and speaking to her staff. They'll just interrupt you and automatically go on the defensive when you're trying to ask a question. No one understands the art of customer service or de-escalation in her office. It's very apparent that her toxic mindset has spread to her staff. I feel for all who encounter her and her rude little minions."

"I had to call on behalf of a patient because an order was not specified. Whatever lady answered the phone for Stephens office had the nerve to say “we never had to specify blah blah blah”. I don’t know if they are suffering from a recent head injury but this is the medical field and we are radiating patients over here, we want to make sure the patients are receiving the proper imaging/views needed. So yes, you specify the damn views. She was rude, lazy, unprofessional."

"Dr's Stephens and Levoir are very thorough and keep you involved in your care. Highly recommend. Looking through these other reviews I don't believe that they have control over your inability to 'find' phone numbers, missed appointments or not getting a reminder...use a calendar. This practice has excellent care. You can't say you had a terrible patient experience if you never saw a Dr here. Be an adult."

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PATIENT EXPERIENCE!!! She is listed as accepting new patients. I declared her my PCP couple monts ago, after confirming that she was accepting new patients. I had to schedule an appt. for an urgent matter, and her office kept telling me that she doesn't accept new patients. Even though I tried to explain them that she was confirmed as my PCP months ago, the office staff insisted that she doesn't accept new patients. THEN WHY DO I HAVE HER INFO ON MY INSURANCE CARD AS PCP, AND WHY DOES SHE STILL APPEAR TO ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS ON MY MEDICAL INSURANCE WEBSITE (CIGNA)???"

"Dr. Stephens is a very smart, thorough and decisive doctor. She listens closely and provides a well thought out plan for care. The office staff is wonderful and the physicians assistant Gina is very good also. Overall this is a well run, organized office with people who care and know what they are doing."
