"I have been a patient for quite some time. Dr. Brown is the finest Dr. you could hope to have treating you. Professional and caring while maintaining the easy, family feeling. His staff are top notch. They greet you and get you prepared to see the Dr. in a very timely manner. They are good, decent and caring people. There are some reviews that if you if you read into them you realize the people leaving them would complain about everything! If you want professional care with individual attention to your needs then you have come to the right place."
"Still waiting for an 8:30 appt. It’s now 10:00…. triple book. Their is no excuse… this is ridiculous. No updates from staff and a surly receptionist who doesn’t feel the need to share the status of an absent doctor. Won’t be back.. Find another physician who respects time and his patients."
"First time going to see this doctor. The patient (my son) has a severe brain injury and is confined to a wheelchair with severe spasticity. Many calls were made to the office ahead of time as we had to arrange medical transport. We even called the morning of the appt to stress how important time was due to the patients condition and that medical transport would only wait so long. Our appt was at 1p. We arrived at 1245p. Lights are out and door is locked. Sign said they were at lunch. It's 90 degrees, the patient is confined to a wheelchair and transport wants to leave. Throughout the many phone calls we made to the office to ensure everything was set, not a single person told us not to arrive early because we'd be stuck in the parking lot. I finally knocked on the window and MRS. BROWN (as she was sure to tell me immediately just who she was) swings open the door to find out what I wanted. I tried to explain to her that no one told us we'd be stranded in the parking lot with our son in a wheelchair if we came early. Don't they usually require new patients to arrive early? Maybe that's not a thing anymore - or at least not here. She would not listen to my concern which was just that her staff failed to communicate office procedures to us and we wanted to be allowed in the waiting room to wait. First she told me to calm down, or back down or something. Then she threatened to cancel the appt if I didn't. She kept saying "MY GIRLS DESERVE A LUNCH" "MY GIRLS" "MY GIRLS". not "my employees". Maybe the office staff are their children. Anyway, she was very defensive and I know that's because she KNEW her "GIRLS" had failed and not even done the most basic part of their job. So she lets us in right at 1p and then it took another 45 minutes for the doctor. Even though we were the first appt after lunch. She totally delayed everything on purpose to get back at me for complaining that her staff doesn't know how to communicate. I mean, we made SO MANY CALLS before hand. We gave them so many opportunities to let us know not to arrive 15 minutes early and they didn't. Then when the doctor finally comes in (I can tell his wife told him that we had an altercation by the way he was very careful when speaking to me). Anyway, he patted my son on the stomach and said because of his weight he definitely has sleep apnea. He said there's no way he doesn't have sleep apnea with his weight. He never asked for his breathing history, or if he had ever been diagnosed with sleep apnea (which he hasn't because HE DOESN'T HAVE SLEEP APNEA). He made an assumption solely based on weight. So between the witchy amazon wife and the Dr's unnecessary, unsolicited, unprofessional and assumptive mindset, we will never go back."
"Absolutely INTOLERABLE! My husband's appointment was at 10:30. We arrived around 10 or so as we knew there would be paperwork. Filled it out and waited...and waited...and waited. Around 10:30 (my husband's SCHEDULED time) the receptionist comes out to tell me that they need the list of my husband's medications and surgeries, BOTH of which I'd listed as too numerous to list and wrote on the paperwork to request them by fax, as that's how any up-to-date office does. My husband can fax them from his health portal, right on the phone. Nope...had to list his surgeries and medications. Fast forward 11 AM. STILL waiting. Here we are at 11:30... STILL waiting. FINALLY at 11:33 (EXACT time as I looked at my phone) we were taken back. 11:50 the doctor FINALLY decides to come in. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! If you're referred to this place, unless you have time to waste, make sure you're the FIRST appointment of the day. That MIGHT cut down on your wait time."
"My son is constantly at the doctors for horrible ear infections. He has seen dr after dr. Each dr have removed and added new tubes. We are on our fifth pair. He started to see Dr. Brown last year. Dr. Brown takes his time evaluating my son and not jumping into another surgery. My son is the happiest right now. He use to cry because he couldn’t understand why his ears weren’t working. He loves Dr. Brown because he can hear better and can enjoy the pool a little more. He loves his headband and his plugs. Dr. Brown suggested them, no other dr ever did. He is very professional and his staff. His office it’s amazing. We are grateful! Thank you!"
