"I had my tubes tied at this location by Doctor Shames. The staff here are very professional but also very kind. The nurse Maria knew about my extreme phobia of needles and instead of scaring me more offered an alternative. She used a numbing cream on the location. She warned me the numbing agent would sting and burn. I still chose to use it. The person who picked me up for anisttics(?), Dave, let me squeeze his hand during the iv insertion. Once my arm was numb Maria put the iv in. Afterwards I went to the next spot. Once there the doctor was nice and he was very funny. Another nurse showed relatability by wearing an anime hat. Finally doctor shames arrived and I was put to sleep. after I woke up and in a lot of pain nurse Anna got me some medicine and told me to take my time. I was out about 25 minutes later. I love this hospital and it's staff."
