"Unorganized office… poor record keeping Asked me to do something two years in a row that after the first year if they had made an entry on the chart they would known not to ask me to do it again the second year… I told them that I didn’t think the appointment was necessary at that point but they went ahead with the tele health appointment anyway.. giving me a copay and my insurance and charges… the appointment lasted all of 90 seconds… I made a big mistake choosing this office… please don’t…"

"They don’t return your calls, you never know who or what treatment you will receive. This facility and Dr Averill is “track” doctor. If you fit into their track of treatment you are fine. However, if your case involves something else you will need to go somewhere else."

"The entire staff at this office is outstanding. I had to call there more than a few times to get questions answered, items faxed etc. Every time I called, my request was taking care of immediately by a friendly staff member. The in office experience was exceptional as well, I was always greeted in a friendly manner and any needs or concerns I had were taken care of immediately. An excellent doctor who made his practice even better with the staff members he has working for him."
