"I've been going here for a couple years off and on with pretty much indifferent feelings about the place - it's a doctor's office. I recently called and spoke with someone to renew a prescription because I didn't know the name as it was generic. Rather than looking up in my record for the name she told me to leave a voice mail and explain that I don't remember the name of the drug. I had not heard anything for three days, so when I called them I was told that they did nothing with it since they had not seen me since October. I was surprised at this. I find it poor service that there was no call to me explaining I need to make an appointment in order to refill a prescription of an uncontrolled substance."
