"This doctor is extremely unhelpful. The last three times I took my grandmother she wouldn’t even see her. She just prescribed some medication based on the nurses observations. After a hospitalization it turns out my grandmother had an infection for 4 months!!!! If she had taken the time to see her we could have avoided the hospitalization. When I confronted her she told me just to go find another doctor."

"If posting 0 stars was an option that is what I would have chosen. I am in search of a new PCP and recently moved to a new area. This doctor has great reviews and is close to my new house. Upon calling, the lady I spoke with was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I told her which insurance I had and she basically said go somewhere else because we are booked out until May. Well I am just trying to get in somewhere and don't care that it's that far out. She said I have commercial insurance and can go where ever I want. There was a reason I was calling them and I did my research. Apprarently I was wrong for even trying. For anyone trying to schedule with them. please don't waste your time."

With trepidation we started the process of finding someone new. We were given a very long list of doctors in our area and didn't know where to start. From the very first time we called to set up appointments and on the day of our appointments, we feel blessed that we got it right the first time. Dr. Mattey is very conscientious and thorough and took the time to talk to us and learn about us. The staff is so friendly and have helped us so much with all of our questions and concerns."
