"I have been renting climate controlled storage space from Stor-It-Mate Sorrento Rd location, for over a year with zero issues. The staff has been great and very responsive the couple of times I had questions. The grounds are well maintained and my storage hallway is always spotless. I have not seen any bugs or rodents. Zero! I was very impressed with staff communications after hurricane Sally giving updates on the facility. I highly recommend!"
