"Please do not buy from this store totally horrible Absolutely bad service. Overpriced and sell person was so bad with service details. I was try return my fragrance the next day never open . The lady manager who was worked inside, she start arguing with me about returning. She said policy no credit no return only exchange exactly for this amount, or pay more for different. On top of that there’s no communication or information about the product and policies… I wish I could give this company 0 star"

"It’s important that you know that they don’t offer refunds. All you can do is exchanging the overpriced fragrances you purchase (after being pushed by the incredibly pushy sales person, or returning them for store credit - and what for, I wonder...? So we can buy another overpriced item?). I only got to know about their policy AFTER my purchase, when I checked the receipt at home. Thus, I could not return neither of the two perfumes I purchased. For one of them I paid $90.00+ (and found out later that day that it was costing $30ish on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc), and for the other overpriced fragrance I paid $40ish due to the “50% discount” they offer us (and found out it was costing half of this amount in all those aforementioned retailers). Long story short: I spent over $150.00 at Fragrance Outlet to buy two perfumes I could have purchased for $70ish anywhere online, AND couldn’t request a refund on top of it. I never ever write bad reviews, but I did this one because I hope no one ever has to feel as fool as I do in this moment. Very upsetting."

I don’t have any choice, and need to pay extra for switch for another cologne. She never ever care about customer, I am ask her call please supervisor or GM, she didn’t. Her attitude was unreal. Never ever will back to this store , never ever recommended this store. I bought another cologne on next store with more better price . Again, absolutely not recommend this store."

"Hello, first of all Id like to publicly announce that this isn't an automated review, nor am I being paid to write this. This is a genuine post that I'm writing about my experience at Fragrance outlet. You know I've been in many Fragrance stores and usually they give you a few suggestions and samples; but something was different walking into the small location in Miromar Outlets. As you walk through Miromar, you cant help but notice the cultural differences that exist in the area, I mean it's just plain out uncomfortable walking through the outlet if your skin isn't pale, if you know what I mean, ANYHOW... as soon as I walked into the Fragrance outlet store; I was greeted very nicely by all staff. They communicated very well, they catered to all of the questions I had. They ask you a series of questions to find out what type of fragrances you like the most. All employees are exceptional, to the people reading this, and to the store owner and its management. Your'e doing a phenomenal job. Thank you for the great experience."
