"Horrible Buisness Practices. Like the other reviewer - I would never buy from them again. I purchased a multi-point locking system on Jul 24. It took them 7 days to JUST GET IT SHIPPED OUT. Then another 7 days to get it to me. Shows they really care about thier customers. If I'm ordering a lock, chances are I need it sooner than 2 full weeks. It was packed in a long tube with no packing material inside, so the whole trip it was just bouncing around inside with nothing to cushion it - not surprisingly, it arrived broken. I contated them and they said it was my problem. I asked if I could return it and they said: "you can start a return but if its not in the same condition as we sent it to you we will not be able to give you a refund i saw some of the pictures you sent to my and that's not the way we sent it to you". REALLY? Gee - thanks for that. You packed it poorly and it arrived broken and you are going to make me pay to ship it back to you and then not refund any of my money?!? WOW. They REALLY don't care about thier customers - only $$$. They didn't say sorry, they didn't offer to help with anything - not even a partial refund. NOTHING except telling me thier mistake is my problem. They also have fake Google reviews on their website. I went to Google and they only have 2 reviews. Both are 1 star. On their website they have all sorts of stellar reviews, but if you try to click the link to leave a review on Google, it's a broken link and Google doesn't know what it is - fake link? Also, if you click on any of the reviews, it just opens that persons name in Google maps in your area. Wow. Sad. I paid over $216 for this thing. Now I need to fix it or I'm stuck with a broken lock. I would find an alternative to these guys."

"They carry a good line of products. BUT Buyer Be Aware! If you need to return an unused product in 100% original condition as well 100% original packaging, they will not refund the original shipping cost and will deduct me 20% restocking fee. Yes this is 2024 and they charge you 20% restocking fee. Yes, I was shocked as well. With the thousands of combinations and sizes available for each individual lock, handle set, and other items, you better make sure you get it right on the first try. I made a mistake in transposing my measurements from top to bottom and it was not reversible from top to bottom. I would never buy from this company ever again. Very poor policies in this day and age."
