"I think one star is honestly being generous. I grew up coming to citrus Park Mall and would come to a movie every Friday night. They just redid it & the customer service alone will have me not returning. I went to buy food, where they said we have nothing but nachos….like on a Sunday night, how do you only have 1 item? Then I tried to bring in my empty water cup & they made me take it back to my car and purchase a plastic water bottle. When women were walking in with full purses and blankets… When I spoke to a manager, he did not have a customer service attitude at all. He said his staff was wrong and they do have pretzels… said we had to order from the kiosk. Went to the kiosk, said they were sold out of all food. My friend had to go back to the front to order the food. All of which made us 20 minutes late for a movie we were early for and were super excited to see. Seats are comfortable so I gave one star. Will be driving to AMC next time. I chose this theater because they were the only ones with available times. Now I know why. Save your money."

"My husband and I returned to this theater for the first time today after Regals sudden closure. We were actually Regal monthly pass members who went an average of 2-3 times/month. We were so disappointed that Regal closed but had noticed a steady decline in its management. However, upon entering today, we were extremely impressed with what a nice job NCG has done of cleaning and updating the entire place. We purchased our tickets in advance online along with our bottomless popcorn and drinks, which are a really reasonable price. We simply showed a QR code at the front counter and were handed our tickets and popcorn and drink containers. It was self serve and they are doing a great job of keeping everything very clean and in working order. The Coke self-service machine actually had ice and worked perfectly for my first choice, which is sadly a rare occurrence with most of the coke machines wherever they may be. The recliners in the theaters are made from a really soft leather/or leather-like material that does not make obnoxious noise when opening and closing, which is nice. These chairs are hands down the most comfortable theater recliners I have ever been seated in, such a nice touch. Overall we were very pleased with our movie experience and will definitely return."

"Amazing theater! Such an upgrade! If the seats don't bring you in , the self serve popcorn machine surely will. Did I mention the popcorn and drinks are bottomless ?! The staff is so friendly and always willing to stop what they're doing to help. And get this they have a bar! My life is complete! Will be my new go to theater forever."

"New customer service experience. Very easy! People were nice, seats brand new, love the tray. Popcorn was fresh and warm. The only concern is that the butter dispenser option goes to the bottom of the bucket and seeps out. (I may bring a wax paper sheet for the bottom of the bucket next time.) I was wiping off the new seats! Thanks for the free rewards program and the birthday popcorn and drink!"
