"Cought the Cape Coral ripping me off had to get customer service involved to solve. Next time I tried there service. I was recovering from emergency spinal surgery. Placed an order. Ordered confirmed both by email and verbally. Then received a call from driver confirming price and delivery address. Subsequently I started receive cancellation via email. Responded with same feed as to why. Notice back was I needed to provide the same information that created the order initially. Mind you all while still in same feed. I also requested to speak directly to initial salesperson. Now my delivery time has come and gone. I have been ghosted without medicine or assistance. If you truly need the type or service Muv claims to offer. Don't count on it. My guess is they sample too much of their own products and forgot why they are really there for. I have used Cannibist for years. Far cheeper. Has never failed to meet there obligations. Friendly and knowledgeable service. And always attempted to give you lowest pricing available. Muv aaah not so much. Run run run away."

"This was my first dispensary experience after getting my card and everyone here was super pleasant and kind! Staff was very knowledgeable and walked me through the processes. Brian was very informative about the products and helped me find some things to help with my anxiety disorder. Thank you all! Was a fantastic first experience!"

"Wasted time I don't know how their products are because I never made it in. I'm new to Florida and just got my mm card. I don't' have the physical card yet but as we know, you can still place an order. Their order form asks for a front and back picture of the card, I sent two pictures of the letter with the ID that works as the cards until the card arrives. It's quite an extensive form to fill out to place the order and I wanted to make sure everything was ok when I didn't get a notification that my order was ready so I sent a text. Manager Brandy confirmed that I just needed my ID. I still didn't receive a confirmation that the order was ready and it's a 30 min drive so I wrote and asked if I would get an update when it was ready or if there was any issues. An hour later my order was cancelled with no explanation. The reason I'm even writing this review is the wasted 4 hrs I spent trying to order and how someone on their end handled it. Not great customer service, that's for sure. Found a different dispensary and had my order confirmed and ready for pickup within 10 minutes."

"This place is ridiculous. I’ve been using this place for quite some time but notice that they have been changing a lot of things lately even for the long time customers. I went in today excited to use my birthday coupon which would have got me a free cartridge. The guy at the window was nice and told me of course I can use it, after making me wait 10 minutes due to him having to re-enter my info he asked me to show him my coupon which I did! Then he said “oh yeah that’s a birthday coupon I got you”. After waiting an additional 5 more minutes in this Florida heat 94 degrees, he comes to the window to tell me I had to spend $50 to use my $25 birthday coupon when all I wanted was a $25 cartridge. I could tell he wanted to help me but the whole store were at the window telling him what to tell me and he’s not new to the store I’ve seen him there last year as I was purchasing. I told them last year I used my coupon and the year before that I used my coupon and was never told I had to spend $50. MUV is absolutely the worse when it comes to customer satisfaction and the reason why, they know you will continue shopping due to needing the product for medical reason. If you can find somewhere else I would strongly recommend it! The only reason they are getting a 1 star, that’s the only way to leave a review."
