"Horrible experience last time I was here several months ago. Yes, several months ago and still unhappy about it. Several things, but the main one being whatever kind of scam the employee and manager were doing. I don't know if they make commission or what, but as they were showing me phone's they said I get a free case and screen protector with each phone. As I checked out I realized I was getting charged the price I saw for the phone, and then a crazy amount for these cheap screen protectors and cases that I didn't even want because they were cheap. I pointed this out that I was still being charged for these things they said were free. The employee turned to the manager and told her I said that, so she said "Just take it off if it's going to be a problem for him." But Yea, a lot went wrong on this visit, to include a month later I realize my plan went up 16 dollar more too, when yet I made no changes. But Yea, clearly some kind of scam. Whether they get a commission, or just trying to boost sales to make their store look good or something?"

"Went to the store past weekend, my son's phone broke so we went to the store to get another one. He was eligible for an upgrade so the phone he wanted had a discount price for that. The lady at the store want to make us believe that if we didn't get that accessories, then we will have to pay full price for it. Then I told her that the phone had a discounted price regardless of the accessories. After going back an forth. They gave me the price of an upgrade which is listed right there at the store. Then she wanted make me believe if I don't get the insurance I will have to pay for that phone full price if something happens. you will have to pay full price in you want a replacement phone.Then they rung up the phone at full price which is double of the upgraded price so they charge me taxes on that amount then they gave me the discounted price. Been to that store several times never has this happened. Be aware they are trying to upsale you with lies."

"I plan to change providers because Cricket just sucks. I pay $65+ a month for unlimited data for one phone, service is awful and it automatically puts me to wifi instead of using the data I pay for. I went to purchase a new phone a while ago, only for an employee to tell me I wouldn't be able to afford it, and I was so upset I just left with out buying a new phone. (I had the money, not sure what her problem was) I set up automatic payments, only for them to take my automatic payments off, and scam me out of a fee to reactivate my account. They've done this twice. I very much dislike this company, the employees and the services they offer."
