"They were nice people. Unfortunately, they don't check their equipment BEFORE the give it to us. The trailer's turn signal that we rented wasn't working and they had already hooked it up to the truck... thank God we did a walk around. They had to unhook it and give us another trailer. Don't you think equipment should be checked upon receiving the gear and when you rent it out before people drive away with it? Other than that it was a clean and well kept/stocked uhaul location. They even offer storage if you need it."

"Renting a trailer turned out much more complicated than I am used to. All employees were extremely friendly, yet not efficient. I have a hard time to understand how a is how a rental facility is not maintaining their equipment. How easy is it to check the wiring and bulbs of a trailer. But no, Is they hook up a trailer with broken lights to a client's vehicle to find out whether it's street worthy or not. Is extremely time consuming and aggravating"

"I went to reserve a truck and I was greeted immediately. Took About two minutes to set up the reservation and I was on my way. Great service from a knowledgeable employee. Left happy."

"The facility is very well maintained and cleaned. It also has several different safety measures in place, which is a huge plus. Navigating the parking lot and being able to pull up close to your storage unit is next to impossible sometimes. In the fall and spring they are so busy with snowbirds that its ridiculous trying to even get to the parking lot"
