"I often pop into this store and manage to find something. My complaint is about the cleanliness of the changing rooms. They are filthy and dirty mold on all the corners. We deserve a nicer experience while trying on clothes."
"Always shopped at the store in Ft. Myers and enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, when they opened after the hurricane I was very disappointed. The feel of the store is and looks like a Marshall's, Ross etc. It is clean and new and feels sterile."
"Would give zero stars if I could. My partner was an unproblematic worker for one of the Bealls locations for over two months until the corporation decided that now would be a time to terminate him from employment simply because of his criminal history for a nonviolent charge that happened over 14 years ago. Not to mention that if that was the case they should’ve never hired him to begin with, not wait for him to be working after 2 months without any problems from him only to be told on a random day he can no longer work there. Then these people (the corporate office, not the store he worked for, his coworkers at the store apparently loved him because he was a GREAT worker) had the nerve to accuse him of falsifying his information pertaining to his criminal history when he NEVER did and even called spoked with the office to ask them what all they need to know before this decision was made but was given the run around, probably to justify their unnecessary cause of termination. Yes, this happened recently, while working yesterday he was notified of this termination. Meanwhile there are female workers that continue working at the same store he was at with a criminal history as well that haven’t been terminated. I wonder why? Not to make things about race but if it smells like a race based problem, if it looks like a race based problem and if it sounds like a race based problem, it usually is a race based problem. Yes, my partner is a black man. My partner is a great guy. He’s respectful, responsible, caring and cooperative and I’m not saying this because he’s my partner, he really is just this way by nature. So I don’t know if y’all saw his NONVIOLENT charge from 14 years ago and decided to paint him as the typical thug in y’all minds but he is far from that. Y’all are wrong and I hope ‘Bealls’ do not last for long."
"I canceled this card two months ago yet keep getting billed for "fees charged" of $2 and $4... Each time a representative tries to get me to pay fees acquired after cancelation. They eventually acknowledge the account has been closed and say they're removing the fees. The next month I get another bill. Do I need a lawyer to stop the harassment?"
"Worse customer service ever, for 2 weeks I've been trying to get an order that was damaged in shipping replaced, Lori from customer service was nasty and unhelpful telling me there was nothing she could do for me. I'm appalled at the treatment I received. I've worked retail and would have been fired if I treated someone the way I've been treated. It took a week to get a manager to call me back. The last person I spoke with, I believe her name was Tomassa(sp?) she was amazing. This company needs more like her."
