"Have been at this location several times waiting for an item that has been out of stock. I am in desperate need of multivitamins and decided to go with another product. The clerk would not accept my $20 GNC coupon that expired 7 days ago. It’s not my fault that the store has not had the product I need within the date range I had to use the coupon. Terrible customer service, Will purchase my product on Amazon going forward."

"I have been going to GNC regularly for the past couple years, but that will change after tonight. My experiences have been very well aside from the one I had on 8/26 at the GNC on Hillsborough. I walked in at 8:55 P.M. to get Serious Mass, I didn’t think it would be such a burden to the employee. As I walked through the door I said hello, and the employee (his name was Matt) looked at me and said nothing. I figured he was upset that I came in 5 minutes before they closed so I didn’t let it bother me and shrugged it off. But as I was checking out, I asked him how he was doing and he didn’t say a word or look at me. Just had an irritated look on his face. He would not even tell me how much it was. I am just disappointed because GNC’s products and employees have always exceeded expectation."

"This is absolutely unacceptable. You have employees working in a 100 degree store Ive been coming every so often the last 2 or 3 weeks and it's never been fixed this is wrong. Not to mention potential damage to products being stored at incorrect temperatures."

"Michael was the true definition of what helpful salesmanship should be. He offered suggestions, wasn’t pushy, knew his product, was VERY informative, and was VERY VERY VERY personable. Me having a loooooong history in sales... I would suggest companies use this gentleman and scholar to their advantage and have him train and direct their sales staff."

"Staff is always very friendly and the store is neat, clean and organized. They try to help whenever they can. However more than once I’ve been charged retail price on sales items at the counter. If you’re going to up the price, take the sales tags off before you sell the products."
