"Hani has to be some kinda slow. After acting like a 3 year old child and insulting me. Refusing to call Metro to fix his Mistake that he made when starting my service, he had to have another Metro worker leave there store to come help him. The other guy was smart and had patience and called Metro and fixed the issue. After two hours of sitting there with Hani .. he went as far to make a comment on my marriage and how he felt sorry for my husband... During RAMADAN at that! Worse service ever. I let my husband know and he will be coming to speak to him . Please train this man on Basic common sense."

"I tried to get my screen recalibrated because I dropped my cell phone and the screen cracked so they gave me s referral and told me to go through my cell phone insurance . Not impressed."

"I came to this Metro July 30, 2022 to pay a bill for a family member, and the employee that was working at the time had a manager or maybe asst. manager name tag on (didn’t get his name) but I told him why I was at the store, and at the time I thought the bill was under one name but, it was under another name. He did find it under another name and cell number, but when I started asking questions about the account and the numbers associated with it (to make sure I’m paying the correct account), his whole demeanor changed. Looking at me like… just stop asking questions and pay the bill. Like I was wasting his time and he had better things to do then help with a customer asking questions. It’s ok, that Metro will never have to worry about me, family members, friends, or anyone I have dealings with to come there and do business. I would not recommend this METROPCS to anyone at all. Very rude employee (and/or asst. manager/ manager). I can and will support other Metro PCS’s that has much better customer service and cares about having my business."

"I came to this location Sat April 23 2022 wanted to transfer and activate a Lg phone that was given to me by a friend i know they no longer make lg phones but you still can use them. He was on the phone and didnt seem like he was intrested in helping me at all and told me they dont activate LG anymore Lies i left called the customer support number and phone was on within 5 minutes. I dont understand how people keep there jobs and have no customer service skills at all will never will return to this location again."

"My bill is different then what I was told it was going to be bc he added an account that I knew nothing about he made up a security pin along with used a zip code I know nothing about so now I can’t make any changes to my account."
