"If I could give Dr. Pinkston’s practice 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled today to see her as a new patient, but received a call ON MY WAY TO HER OFFICE that she had left for lunch and would not be back in the office. I am LIVID. From other reviews I have found online, this excuse seems to be a trend. If Dr. Pinkston cannot keep her appointments and does not value her clients’ time, then she does not need to be in business. My husband took off work to watch our 2 year old son to allow me to come to my appointment today and for her to cancel 20 min before my appointment time is COMPLETELY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Her receptionist who called to reschedule sounded like she has hade to make the same phone call many times before, so I have a feeling that this has happened to quite a few other patients who have not made the effort to write a review."

"In 2009 I contracted Fifths Disease, (aka Parvo) a childhood disease. Vanderbilt specialist said it had to run its course. My levels were going up instead of down and I was in severe pain. I heard of Dr. Pinkston through my daughter, called, scheduled, had liquid oxygen infusion treatments along with vitamin supplements I was extremely low on and in about 12 weeks I was well. No Parvo levels in my blood work. I highly recommend Dr. Pinkston, thank her and her wonderful staff for the excellent care given me."

"Do NOT schedule an appointment with this physician if you have any hopes of seeing her within 4 months time. Dr. Pinkston needs to SERIOUSLY re-evaluate her situation {personal health/lyme disease} and possibly consider closing her practice until she is able to better preform her job & provide for her patients. I have anxiously waited a little over 2 months to see her, because I am desperate to find a practitioner who can help me; but I received a call the morning of my appointment that the Dr was unable to work today & it would be another month and a half before I could reschedule to try again. If any medical practitioner is unable to provide care for others due to their own medical problems, well, I just think it is extremely unfair to those patients who are seeking her help."
