"If i could rate 5000 stars.... I totally would! The best thing I've done for myself was to walk through the doors of Dr. Mark Reeves. Although, I wanted to cancel my appt 20 times...I'm so happy that I didn't! I was absolutely 100% hesitant as I walked into this office for the very first time. My mind was somewhat put at ease when I approached the front desk and noticed all of the friendly smiling faces! The ladies welcomed and talked to me as if I had been a 20 year patient NOT just another number! It didn't stop there..... the nurse who took me back to compete my vitals and assign me a room was absolutely pleasant and welcoming! A true gem! All of my questions and concerns prior to even seeing the doctor were not only answered but very reassuring. I also enjoyed the conversation I had with her! Again, I was even more put at ease! The nurse didn't have to do that but she went above and beyond and for that I'm grateful! Finally, Dr. Reeves enters. A breath of fresh air and a COMPLETE God send! In one appointment.... Dr. Reeves gave me hope again!!! He was so compassionate, empathetic, SUPER knowledgeable, SUPER diligent, definitely respectful and very easy to talk too!! Not only was I able to be completely open and honest with my doctor for once.. about MY personal medical journey and experiences (which alone speaks volumes), he addressed all of my concerns and actually listened to me! It has been YEARS since a doctor has spent that much time with me but it was the one simply comment he made during my exam that sealed the deal! Had any of my previous doctors (and there were too many to count) made the same simple comment.....it would have saved me years of stress frustration and complete and utter disappointment! Thank you Dr. Reeves for all that you do and thank you for restoring my faith in medicine. I am forever grateful for the awesome appt from start to finish!
