Dollar Tree

"Every time I go into the store there's something crazy happening. This time apparently one of the freight managers I think the person said threatened to" f up" her small child in the store for posting tiktoks. Now I can excuse the craziness that usually happens but one and one of your employees is threatening to beat their child in your store and pushed turn into the cart that's just not how you should behave in your place of work. It was around 5:20 p.m. on June 15th."

"I've been going to this dollar tree since it has opened. I've never had any issues at ALL. Now some of these reviews aren't honest, I've seen people cuss the manager and other employees out because the bathroom isn't available, they didn't have certain items and they didn't want to use self check out. Some of y'all need to get your self together and treat the employees nicer. It's a Dollar Tree not a Rolex store. Everyone knows that St Petersburg has a homeless issue. This store is the ONLY one I've been too where the shelves are stocked and boxes aren't everywhere so the lies people are telling us comical to me."

"I went to this store for the first time yesterday (Saturday) and a dark skinned lady was very rude to me and made me and my nieces feel very uncomfortable and all I did was ask about the bathrooms. There are two bathrooms and only one of them had a sign that said it was out of order so all I did was ask about it and she was very rude for no reason to me about it so all I did was I ended up leaving without doing any shopping because of her very rude hope that that doesn't happen again or I'm not doing my shopping here anymore very disappointed in this store. Never have I ever been treated this way at a Dollar tree they've always been super friendly this is the first one that has not been friendly at all since the moment I walked in there were people blocking the entrance to the store they were rude as well so until this gets settled I will not be going back to the store for a while and you get a very bad review from me and a very long one at that have fun reading this and I hope this gets solved because people do not need to be treated that way I feel like I and my nieces we're singled out in this store. Not saying we were but I was treated bad for no reason ......"

"Just left here still in the parking lot to be exact. Girl at the front rudely told an elderly man to use self check out because she was not open. I (a customer) helped the man out who didn't know how to use it only for her to take the customer after him!"

"I went to this dollartree for the very first time on Saturday and when checking out was rudely told to use self check out by the manager there. I was standing behind my daughter. She pushed my basket in my hand to get past me and started to grab my daughter’s item but my daughter told her she knows how to use self checkout and then the manager said “OK THEN” so rude, meaning use it. Her pushing past me knocking my basket in my hand which is assault. This definitely should be on camera. I’m so upset with this experience and I will be calling corporate on her. I will never go here again."
