"This is unacceptable the bathroom is closed at 5pm. In all this area someone who is on vacation can expect that all restrooms in this area is closed. Unacceptable for customers"

"They must be short staff today 6/9 at 3:30pm. I was on hold for about 15 minutes total. The phone kept ringing back. Someone picked it up then put me right back on hold without saying anything. That happened about 3 times. At the 4th time they just picked up then hung up."

"I made an appointment for a Covid test online. When I arrived at the store, they didn't have any tests. Why is this location available for appointments if they don't have it. With a fever, a cough and feeling unwell, I have to travel around the city and find out which stores have the test available, because... online shows Walgreens has tests everywhere. I tried to call the pharmacists directly at different stores, but it is impossible, after 20 minutes of waiting, the pharmacists do not answer the call, or they will connect you with a support service from other country, which tells you that you must call the store directly. Walgreens is useless!"
