"Had the best experience at Summit Wellness today! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They really know what they are doing and explain everything so well. I did the pressure thing for my legs and hips (can’t remember what it is called) and that was definitely a new experience. I also did the sauna and cold plunge. 3 minutes in 41 degree water is probably easier after being in the sauna for 45 minutes. I feel great!! Definitely plan to be back!!"
