"The ladies working at this Sephora were so nice and helpful! I realized the current foundation I had bought years ago was now too dark for my skin and they helped me pick a formula (I was super overwhelmed) and matched me. I was between two shades and the sales associate offered to give me samples of both and I am SO GLAD she offered to do that, because once I saw the B shade in a different lighting, it was obvious it wouldn’t work. I loved the other shade and it worked perfectly for my engagement photos! My skin looked exactly how I wanted it to!! The peace of mind was priceless. I will go back there to purchase the full bottle. Plus it was my birthday month so I got a free perfume."

"You don't go into Sephora without the intent of spending money. I walked in definitely needing help. I was greeted with a Hello from an employee but that's it. She did not ask what I needed help finding or if I needed help because I definitely would have said YES PLEASE. I had every intention of spending a lot of money, I spent $83 but totally would have spent more if someone had actually encouraged me and helped me. I needed EVERYTHING because I wanted. Make up overhaul and to try new products. I specifically went in for RARE Beauty. I always get terrible customer service at makeup stores and I don't understand why? People who come in NEED help finding shades and such. It is SUCH a customer assistance driven business. I also think it's good to remember employees are always on stage and customers are always listening to what employees are talking about. Always. So maybe instead of talking about life, be a little more hands on with shoppers. The girl who did help me find my shade was nice but as soon as she matched me she was quick to run off instead of trying to sell me more when I was vocal about wanting to try lots of their products. I honestly would have spent $200 alone on these products of they were explained and sold to me from knowledgeable associates. Now that I have my shade I'll definitely buy online because I'd rather buy online than walk in to bad customer service."

"The Sepohra isn't well stocked and the employees aren't helpful. The employees completely ignored/avoided me but managed to greet and assist others who looked like them (⚪️) when they walked in. When I went to ask for help the employee turned around and made herself busy. I won't be returning to this location."
