"Walked in and was ignored for 20 minutes. Gentleman who walked in 5 minutes after me was at least acknowledged. Was intending on buying a new watch cash to add to my plan, but I think I will take my chances with Amazon instead now. A “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way."

"Run! Do NOT use this store. They lie about promotions and give you the run around. You are blown off and disrespected. Customer service tries to help, but it takes HOURS on the phone with them explaining the situation over and over again. We are now paying more at Tmobile than we were at AT&T...WHICH WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF SWITCHING! Manager (Michael I believe) doesn't follow up. Forgets what the scenario is (even after a 3 way call from customer care for 3rd party listening because I've been lied to)...even met with him again in person AND HE TOOK NOTES...said give hom a week... I called after week and he was gone on vacation then LOA ... I called the following week and he had to be briefed again... and never even contacted promotions department to verify our issue (that he said he'd do the first week). Then he had the NERVE to tell me he'll get to it when he can because he has INVENTORY to handle first. This all started 3/30 and as of 7/23/24 he has not contacted me. I've asked cust9mer care for Regional Manager...they claimed to have sent him an email to contact me but nothing. Escalation Manager is the highest level of support but they can't do much depending on current promotions and credits...I could go on fir hours... but just stay away!!!"

"I was in this Tmobile about a week ago and spoke with Gage. He was very helpful & knowledgeable. He told me everything I needed to know about my plan and future upgrades I had in mind. A few days later I came back to see Gage again and unfortunately he was not there. The store was almost closing so I left and went back today. Thankfully Gage was there!! He helped me upgrade my phone and with the help of Michael and Priscilla I was able to make some other great changes to my plan that really benefited my personal needs. They exceeded my expectations and made it a personable experience and not just a transaction! The whole time I was there I could tell all three of them were genuinely good at their jobs and just wanted to provide the best care for the customers. Very happy to have had such a wonderful experience besides the typical 2 hour hold up at a phone store."

"An 89 year old friend of mine needed a new phone and I hooked her up with Brayan. He took wonderful care of her and helped her get her new phone all set up! He got rid of the apps she wouldn't use, transferred the contents of her old phone over and she found him to be absolutely wonderful!! He took his time and helped her understand what she needed to know and really went above & beyond to get her settled! She went ready to do battle and he handled it beautifully! Brayan is truly a wonderful human being! Many thanks to him for his kindness & competence!"
