He had the item on-hand at the price I expected to pay and worked patiently with me as we figured out exactly how long the down rod should be. He knows his stuff!! I returned with my measurements, he assessed them and gave me both a two and a three foot rod with the request that I return the one I didn't use when the work was completed.
