"I would give Kiera a 12 star review if that was possible. I walked into the store and Kiera totally took care of my need to purchase a new Apple watch (9 series) and add a line to my account. She checked with Kevin to see if they had it there in the store but they didn't. Wouldn't you know that shortly thereafter someone from the store just a couple of miles down the street, delivered the exact watch I wanted and then proceeded to set up the watch for me. I call that service with a smile. Very efficient, accommodating and just a wonderful experience. You can be sure that when (not IF but when) I need something else from T-mobile, I'll come back to that store looking for Kiera. Thanks for hiring good people... She'll go far... :)"

"When I purchased a screen protector I was told if it cracked to bring it in and it would be replaced in store, took it in last week to be replaced and they refused to replace it in store but ordered one to be sent to me, and ver a week later without the replacement arriving I went back they say they may be on back order but refuse to check they have them and n stock in store yet still refuse to replace it but offer to sell me one, called T-Mobile 611 and spoke to someone there on speaker while in store, she told the manager he needed to honor my agreement/insurance plan, and the manager still refused, when the customer care person asked the manager (Kevin) for his ID number he refused to give it to her. Luckily the person I was in n the same home with found me another letter cation to go to to get it handled. Avoid this location at all cost."

"A few weeks ago this was an outstanding store. Today, their lead Jayson had moved to another store. Mary isn't here. There are 3 male employees. Sitting on their butts, playing on their phones, and refusing to help customers. Had to sit in the car on the phone with tmobile customer service to try and get help. Went in per TM customer service to ask them to convert files to a pdf the cotporate company needs. The employees refused and said do it yourself. The guy in the photo has been rude, sitting on his butt and ignoring everyone for the hour we've sat here trying to get help with tmobile on the phone. Doesn't deserve a job. I'll never be back to the store. Absolutely terrible. Just a shut it down if you're going to waste people's time and not work. You're wasting money."
