"Called to see if he had slow pitch jigs and he said he did, drove 15 minutes ,walked in. He played stupid said I didn’t quite hear what you said, and if you don’t like cigar smoke, I wouldn’t recommend this place full of cigar smoke very little to pick from much better bait shops nearby, This is why we get a bad name in Florida shops like this"

"Generally a good bait shop (and lots of cigars if thats your thing). The staff isn't generally forthcoming with a lot of details on what is biting where. However, the prices are decent and they have absolutely everything you need to fish inshore or offshore in the area."

"Seems to only sell live shrimp when I got here. Does not let you choose your shrimp, he just scoops them which was fine with me. The place had plenty of fishing equipment for a boat and frozen bait options….I’m not a smoker but soon as you come in there are cigars at the counter and the gentleman was smoking one when I came in."

"This guy was super nice and knowledgeable and was incredibly good with our 6 year olds. He basically put on a show at the shrimp tank. The people leaving bad reviews on this place have clearly never been in a regular bait shop before. One star because my dude took a nap?!"

"My wife and I were in town for 1 week staying at a condo with a dock on the bay. Bought bait and tackle a few times from this store and owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me good fishing tips. Prices were reasonable. Definitely would recommend the store and when I come back I will shop here again. Dr Walter Brooks"
