"They gave a massage to my husband but not me...they close at 10pm and told my husband and only my husband, that the reason I couldn’t be serviced is because of time and they’re closing... we went in at 6pm... I was also called “he” when they were speaking to my husband on who was going first. I was never spoke to or checked up when I was told to wait in the lobby for someone to come, never answered when I called for someone. I sat and waited, only to be told through text by my husband that he’s done. Edit: they replied that the air conditioner broke down but the A/C was perfectly fine in their room."
