"Honestly I should of left a review a long time ago but I was so upset with this place I didn’t want anything to do with it. I saw an advertisement on Facebook about Salon beautiful girl and friends and I decided to give it a try. I was originally under the impression that Liz was going to do my hair but it was some other very nice girl ended up doing my hair. I asked for a root touch up (I have blonde hair). First of they claim they use organic hair dye but my head felt like it was going to burn of any moment it was so painful. I only wanted the root touch up on my roots and she started putting the dye all over my head when I didn’t even ask for it. While she was doing my head she barely spoke with me ( there was a English barrier) When I was done with the color and went to pay she charged me more money for putting dye all over my hair (when I didn’t even ask for it) which I do not like that at all. I ended up going out in natural light and I was shocked with how orange my root looked liked. It looked like original box dye that I get at Walgreens. Mind you this is a “professional” business. Since there was a English barrier I decided not to go inside but just to contact Liz the owner and tell her that I’m not satisfied with my hair. She then proceeded to tell me that I can come in so they can redo my hair. When I asked her when I can come back no response. I sent her multiple messages voicing how upset I was I finally just asked her for my money back. When I voiced that I was very upset and I didn’t like that she was ignoring me she then proceeded to tell me her father was in the hospital which made me feel even worse. She was manipulating me for her poor behavior in customer service. Liz was very unprofessional and made it seem like she did not want to help me resolve the issue and she was just out for my money. Here are proof of messages of her in the conversation where she was making up excuses and where she was ignoring me. In the end she just blocked me on messenger so I could not send her anymore messages."

"I had an appointment at 11:15, I arrived at 10:45 not one person acknowledged my existence. So at 11:30 I left. I walked up to the counter in which nobody still came over. There are no hair books there to look at. Now I understand why they are posting on Facebook market place to try and get customers. Not even a simple hello."

"I only gave one star as it is the only way I could leave a review. 0 stars from me. I went for light brown color with hi lites came out with brass streaks and still dark hair. When I complained about the job Lizett did she called me a racist and blocked my text. If you want your hair done to look good by a professional by all means do not go here!!"
