"This was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately I can't review the quality of their service, because they cancelled on me one hour before my appointment! After sending 3 reminders, 2 via SMS and one via email. So there is no need to ask me an hour before the appointment if I make it. I can't look at my phone during work, but if there would have been a call, I could have heard it. So maybe rather call next time? Im not disappointed it got cancelled, because this can happen to anyone if something comes up, but there was no apology or not even an offer for a different day. It even seam like they blocked me because I messaged a few desperate messages and got absolutely no reply."
