We invite parents to stay during the appointment, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring experience for both you and your child. However, please respect our workspace by allowing us to focus on delivering the best results without unnecessary distractions.

We understand that every child is different, so we ask parents to consider their child's ability to sit patiently and follow instructions when booking an appointment. For new clients and children aged 4 and under, we require the remaining balance of the payment to be made upfront before services begin.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please adhere to our booking policies, including a $25 non-refundable deposit via Zelle, which will be deducted from the original price. In case of rescheduling, kindly do so within 48 hours of your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

For those seeking a VIP experience, we offer exclusive appointments on Fridays and Sundays. Please note that these appointments are available at double the standard price and must be booked via phone at 703.389.4577.

Before your visit, please ensure your child's hair is free of oils, greases, or leave-in conditioners to avoid cancellation. We also ask that you do not flat-iron the hair prior to the appointment.
